Friends watching a Steelers game together...

Scholarly- Intelluctual, Academic. -- The degisn of the shoulder pads for quarterbacks provides optimal balance between mobility for throwing, and protection for those unwanted sacks.

Sensuous- passionate, luscious. -- I love the Steelers so much, id do ANYTHING to get tickets to a playoff game.

Simple- Clear, Intelligible. -- I like their team symbol. The diamond with four colors is very simple.

Slang- Lingo, Colloquialism. -- Yo, those Steelers just rocked the house! They cut the 4-2 right behind the Chargers heads.

Symbolic- Representative, Metaphorical. -- This game is symbolic of the highest amount of rushing yards ever in the NFL. It could be the memory of the century!

Trite- Common, Banal, Sterotyped. -- I thought the Steelers were just about running, i didnt know they could throw the ball well too!

Plain- Provincial

Some friends are playing Wii together at a sleep over.....

Plain- Clear, Obvious. -- I really enjoyied playing Wii. Cause i dont have one.

Poetic- Lyric, Melodious, romatic. -- Wii, Wii, Wii. I like Wii, We like Wii, She likes Wii, He likes Wii, You like Wii.

Precise- Exact, Accurate, Decisive. -- I love the Wii play game. I like the Battle tanks game. The sevententh level is awsome, where there are 8 tanks to destory, 4 red and 2 blue and 2 yellow.

Pretentious- Pompous, Gaudy, Inflated. -- I am better than all of you. I won battletanks four time in a row, and am undefeated.

Provincial- Rural, Rustic, Unpolished. -- I dont git this here thing. The lights a flasshin and so many buttons, i dont git it at all.
